What is your shipping policy?

In some circumstances due the calculated shipping amount may be higher. Estimates may vary due to odd sized boxes or parts. In addition this amount may not reflect any International Customs, Duties, or Imports Fees, which we have no control over.

We do our best to ship every order as soon as possible and 90% of the orders leave within 24 hours of being placed. We stock thousands of parts, however, some items may need to be ordered and will delay the shipping of your order. If there will be a considerable delay before we can ship your order, we will notify you via email to see if you would like a partial shipment.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt, you must let us know within 48 hours if there is any items missing or misshipped items in your order.

DOMESTIC

UPS is default, choose Other Method, the page will refresh then choose USPS for example and the page will refresh again with your USPS options and prices

INTERNATIONAL

All international shipments are expedited via Federal Express, as this carrier offers instant package tracking from the moment of departure. 
Due to the uniqueness of international shipping, the shipping quotation provided may differ from the ultimate total. In the event the actual shipping charges exceed the amount quoted, you will be notified via e-mail prior to order departure. In this event, you will be asked to accept the charges or to cancel the order. Additionally, shipping rates provided do not include customs duties, tax, or VAT charges. Such charges are mandated by the country of destination, and will vary depending on amount of items and or the monetary value of items ordered. All items shipped are declared in U.S. Dollars. Please contact your local customs office to verify if such charges will apply to your order. 

 

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase for exchange or Store Credit Only. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

For all returns, you must give us a call for a Return Authorization Number. All returned items must be unused, non-installed, new, and in sale-able condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Furthermore, if your order qualified for free shipping and a returned item drops your order below the $100, you will be charged the according shipping cost for the order. 

Please include a copy of the original invoice when you ship the product back. If a copy of the original invoice is not sent with the return, credit may not be issued. 

Electrical items are not returnable. Special order items are not returnable. Special order upholstery items are considered final sale once the order is placed with the manufacture. If you are not certain if the item you are ordering is a special order item, feel free to give us a call. 

Returns will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. We always recommend emailing when you have a question or concern regarding a return
